Apna Computers is an independent, multi-brand laptop and computer repair center registered in India. The company provides technical repair and maintenance services for a wide range of devices; however, it is not an authorized service center or official channel partner for any specific brand or manufacturer.
Warranty Policy
The company does not service devices that are currently under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Customers are advised to contact the respective brand’s authorized service center for any in-warranty repairs or claims.
Replacement parts installed during repair may carry a limited warranty from the manufacturer or supplier, subject to their terms and conditions.
For any warranty claim on replaced parts, a valid invoice must be presented.
Warranty replacement for parts is available only at the service center, and onsite warranty support is not provided.
In certain cases (such as specific hard drives or storage devices), customers may need to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty support.
Customer Approval & Device Integrity
The company will perform repairs, part replacements, or modifications only after receiving explicit approval from the customer.
Customers are advised to note and verify their device’s serial number and physical condition before submitting it for repair to avoid disputes.
The company shall not be responsible for any disputes regarding the physical condition of the device if such details were not documented at the time of submission.
Data Responsibility & Privacy
Customers are solely responsible for all data stored on their devices.
The company does not access, copy, or back up customer data unless explicit permission and necessary login credentials are provided by the customer.
Customers must back up all important data before submitting their device for repair.
The company will not be held liable for any data loss during the repair process, and no compensation will be provided for such loss.
Data Recovery Policy
In case of data recovery services, recovered data will be deleted from the company’s local system in the presence of the customer after successful delivery.
The company will not be responsible for any data leakage or corruption if the storage device has previously been handled by another vendor or service provider.
Software Policy
Only genuine, licensed, open-source, or trial software will be installed during service.
Software installation, operating system configuration, or device alterations will be performed only with customer permission.
Customers remain fully responsible for software licenses, activation, and related data.
After hardware replacement, operating system or software reinstallation may require an additional paid service.
Pricing & Service Charges
Prices listed on the website represent service charges only.
The cost of replacement parts, spare components, accessories, or consumables is not included in the listed service price.
The final repair cost may vary depending on the device condition, diagnosis results, and parts required.
During the diagnosis process, additional issues may be identified, which may require further troubleshooting or repairs with customer approval.
Replacement Parts Policy
The company uses original, tested, or high-quality compatible parts that come with reliable warranty or return policies.

Staff Responsibility

Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes related to service, sales, warranty, or consumer matters shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Delhi Judiciary only.
